Can aloe vera help treat my mildly burned skin from an acne face wash?
i was putting on lotion that restores moisture, then instead it wasn't doing anything so i applied aloe vera just todayhow long do you think it will heal, if it does anything?if not, what does treat this type of burn?it's not my whole face btw, just on the sides of my mouth about 1 inch from my lips and around my nose on the bottom. are these just sensitive areas? my forehead is fine, cheeks are fine, etc

I have been looking for a face wash that has salicylic acid. I have used Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash and it has done nothing for me. My skin type is oily. I'm looking for the types of acne washes that are sold locally maybe at a Vons, Pavillions or CVS, nothing really online. Also I have some acne scabs when they bled. Would the recommended wash also stop the scabs?

Okay this is killing me, I cannot make this acne go away. I have always had acne but not this long and this bad. I have been using the Clean & Clear Acne System for a month now, not helping. Taking Birth Control that is specifically supposed to help clear up acne, not helping. Took Doryx which my Dermatologist prescribed, not helping. I have been doing facials, everything trying to fix this problem. I even do aspirin masks from time to time Nothing and I mean nothing is working It is all over my jawline, my forehead and now has spread to my cheeks I am miserable from this. I know the creams and all that is not going to help because this is a hormonal problem from within but I am a 23 year old woman and even the Birth Control and Doryx isn't helping Any advice?

Hey. Uhm. I guess I have like medium acne, considering i'm only 13. But, I still think it's bad acne plus I have oily skin.
