Any product that contains benzoyl peroxide (there are several) would be your best bet. It'll be up to you to decide which one feels good on your skin, as the vehicle bases are different in them, and some may be more drying than others. |

Stridex pads with 2% sascylic acid are awesome for getting rid of acne and keeping them away. I would buy a cleanser like cephadil or neutrogena |

In my personal experience id have to say clean and clear. as long as you wash your face twice a day and use a light astringent as well as unscented lotion you should be good to go. i truly think you just need consistancy...and any product will work. but this is what has worked for me for years...and i used to have acne. |

Look in the skin care section with anything containing 2% salicylic acid as the main ingredient. Start by using it every other day until your skin adjust because it can be irritating. Or use a mild detergent like Dove Facial bars, and follow with salicylic acid wipes, like Stridex or Clearasil Pads. Avoid soap like Ivory as it leaves behind a film that can clog pores. Once your acne is cleared up, keep using the product but also wipe your face down with Benzoyl Peroxide before going to bed, to clear away dead skin cells. |

The generic pro-activ set you find at walmart, good spot tx is actually, dabbing tooth paste not gel on pimple and sleeping in it and washing it off next morning. Drinking 2 oz. red wine every night before bed for 30 days is good for some acne, the wine (RED) will detoxify your body |
