Question: Your quest to stop acne. what's helped you?

Also, has anyone tried the MySkin ID thing? If so, how'd you like it? Did it work? Alright, as most other teenagers I suffer from mild acne. I've tried just about everything. All of the over the counter products, going to the dermatologist, and some of the more expensive products such as Proactive and Murad. Of all these things, I'd say either Proactive or just going to the dermatologist has helped me the most. But not enough. So what have you tried that has helped you? What products, even if a perscription, have you tried and actually liked? |

No product helped my acne. & i had mild acne on my chin. Accutane is the only thing that helped me, believe it or not |

I used a homeopathic ointment called "Wamoway " Proactive broke my face out worse than it was. I have very sensitive skin. Someone told me about wamoway a while back, however I had to go through about 2 containers of it before I actually saw a difference, but it's the only thing I use on a daily basis and that has really helped me. Dont buy that it doesnt work steam ur face every night and use a mud mask 2 x's a week. on the other days use acne cream cleanser from clean and clear. try ur best not to touch ur face. i suggest u wash ur hands after u eat because ur bound to touch ur face. (i do) i recommend oxi pads. those get rid of those pimples that have that white gunk in it. and use an overnight cream to prevent pimples. good luck |

I use tea tree oil for my spot treatment one drop per spot and rub in well and i use the soap and i wash my face about 3 to 4 times a day nd if i cant i keep face wipes with me ponds works ok.or there is carbolic soap idk if i spelled it right but my health food store suggested it i have not tried it yet |
