Question: Tuna with cystic acne ? (Posted by: jay on 2010-05-11 10:30:05) Well basically i have cystic acne, i am taking isotretinoin tablets 50 mg per day. and i have started body building and i have found out that tuna chunks help with your bodybuilding by giving you a lot of protein and i wanna get big. is the tuna going to affect my cystic acne ? and if it dosen't how many tins of tuna shall i eat in a day ? plz help :)
