I have tried like every product you could think of. Pro Active Clean and Clear Clearisil, vasilene skin, aleveeno, and that is all I can think of at the moment.I know how to clean my face and I have been day and night for the past year and nothing changes just more pimples. Do you know any secrets for before school starts on Aug.27 thank you so much xxxxx Regular ones all over my for head, black heads on my nose and 1 or 2 on my cheek. |

First of all make sure not to touch your face unless you are washing it because that just makes your acne worse. I have also used proactiv which works for a little but then makes your acne worse and drys your skin out a lot. I would try skin ID by nuetrogena. go to skinid.com and u take a skin evaluation test so they know what type of acne treatment will work best for your skin type and you have your own personalized acne system. If you don't use that then make sure to wash your face day and night with warm water and some sort of acne soap and then rinse with cold water to minimize your pores so dirt can't get it. Also use a oil free moisturizer with SPF of at least 15 to moisturize your skin and protect it from the sun. Hope this helps. |

If you are keeping your face clean and you still get acne the it may be from your diet. A well balanced diet with Vitamin A and E along with Omega-3 and Zinc is proven to help with acne. You can take supplements for these. Be careful with Vitamin A, high dosages can lead to severe side effects. Drink A LOT of water, about 8 glasses a day. Water will get rid of the toxins in your body. Remember to put sun screen on when out in the sun. |

Visit a dermatologist. The can give you the good prescription stuff. Maybe even an oral medication (pill) that will clear things up really quickly. I also think that the bare minerals blemish therapy could work for you. Use a moisturizer too, even if you don't think you need one--you do! Just make sure it's an oil-free type. |

You must see a Dermatologist They can prescribe medication and give you the correct topical solution to do amazing things. Don't wait too long because you want to prevent scarring. :) |

There is no quick fix for acne. Your doctor may recommend some prescription medication. Keep your face very clean. Drink plenty of water. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. Try to reduce the stress in your life. Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.
