Avoid caffeine and soda and other sugary drinks. drink lots of green tea, its even better for you than water. |

Just drink plenty of water and make sure you clean your skin alot. Fruite helps alot apparently, not sure why. But try to cut out junk food e.g. chocolate, crisps etc.. because too much is bad for your skin, just as it is bad for your weight, health etc... |

Yes: Lots of water and veggies, watermelon, cucumber. NO: NUTS (peanuts, almonds, etc), sugar, alcohol & caffeine. Try to keep your hands off your face.... wash 2x daily with unperfumed soap or face wash (Cetaphil is pretty good). Wash & moisturize with paraben-free products (wax). Don't overwash or use too many products, you may do more harm than good. You can also try putting an egg mask on your face when you have a breakout... whip an egg, smooth over your face, let it dry. Acne dries up pretty good! (its a little messy when you apply it... and itchy while it's drying, but the results work great for quick fix). There are some good topicals out there too (benzaclin works great for me). Good luck! |
