One of the major reasons why people get acne on their foreheads is because of their hair releasing oils onto the skin, thus clogging the pores and getting breakouts. (This use to happen to me a lot, too) If you have bangs or hair around your forehead, pull it out of the way (if you want, put it in a certain style you like; you can also pull your hair up in private and then pull it down when you go out) to air out your forehead because your skin needs to breathe. One household remedy is lemon and brown sugar. The lemon helps cleanse and the sugar exfoliates your skin. Another remedy that works is using oatmeal, plain or bio yogurt, honey, and lemon. The oatmeal gently exfoliates, the lemon and honey cleanse the skin, and the yogurt helps with adding smoothness to your skin.

If you have a butane lighter you can singe them off. Be careful wear gloves and wash your hands with warm water.

I feel the exact same way. Lately I started proactive and its been working better than anything else. But aso try washing your face every night, changing your pillow case(oil and stuff is on it sometimes), and reduce the amount of junk food you eat.

There isn't a whole lot of homemade a acne treatments, nor is there any fast fix way to get rid of it. However, there are some inexpensive treatments, and a few at home things to nourish your skin, but they work well and are totally safe on your skin. First of all, avoid drugstore acne treatments. Not only are they overpriced with questionable effectiveness, most are so new, there is absolutely no way to know if they could cause problems later on in life with extended use (like possibly skin cancer). What I found to work well with my skin was a good routine, tweaking my diet and some tried and true products. First is sulfer soap. It's like $5 for a bar, and lasts about 6 months. You can find it at health food stores. Sulfer has been used for hundreds of years to effectively and safely treat acne. I wash my face twice a day with the soap. The second is a clay mask. Don't get the expensive packaged ones, you can buy the exact same type of clay out of bulk bins for a fraction of the price at any health food store. It cleans your pores, but you should only use it once or twice a week because it can be drying to the skin. You can also do a once a week mask of a mashed avocado, raw egg, and ground oatmeal. Let it set for 20 minutes, then wash it off. It will nourish the skin, the egg surprisingly helps kill bacteria and the oatmeal adds moisture and acts as an exfoliant. Also try eating less pre packaged junk food, eat more onions and garlic (natural sources of sulfer), and take additional vitamin a,e and silica supplements. I used this method, and it took a good 4-5 months, but my acne did clear up completely, my skin started looking a whole lot nicer (not oily and greasy) and took on a nice radiant glow, it was worth the wait. Plus I know everything is healthy and safe, not a bunch of nasty chemicals that may or may not be safe. Good luck with it, I know how frustrating it can be.

Since you have a lot on your forehead it means you have digestive problems, like not enough water, fiber etc. so detoxifying will help with forehead acne. this method works b/ c oils don't CAUSE acne, but they can make it worse. but the toxins in your body can give u acne on your forehead bad and if u drink a lot of diet soda, diet soda has artificial flavors and your body doesn't no wat to do with it since it is not natural and then it stays in your body and it turns into toxin ewww i no it's gross but that's why people get forehead acne. so u don't need any topicals or crams t get rid of acne. cheek acne is from stress and having lung problems. nose acne is from high blood pressure chin acne is from not enough water, in Between eyebrows acne is from drinking too much alcohol and eating rich foods like cheese and chocolate.
