Drink lots of water, always wash your face 2x a day and remove makeup before bed, exfoliate and use a mask once a week, eat healthy and get at least 7 hrs. of sleep a day! = ] |

If you have acne ,drinking water ,if you drink 2 litres of water a day for a month and cut out greasy food , you will clear your skin ,as the water flushs you skin and keeps it clear from grease and toxins you will get neat perfect skin, and you will notice the difference in your hair also as you body is fully hydrated . and its free |

I was a major sufferer of acne until i finally found a routine that worked for me! i wash/ exfoliate my face in the morning with neutrogena. Then i apply apple cider vinegar as a toner under my oil of olay moisturizer, and then wash my face at night and apply acv and moisturizer again! all clear! |
