-when you wear makeup make sure to always remove it completely and try to before 10 pm.. it has been shown that our skin repairs itself around 10 pm wash your face with water.. try proactive, or a gel cleaner they are more gentler on the face because they are soap free. some foods instigate acne such as chocolate so make sure you are eating healthy. don't pop your zits because the bacteria just spread and make your problem worse.
