Question: Alright so i got kind of have severe acne!? (Posted by: Rggrg on 2010-04-29 18:51:59) Alright so my acne is really bad, and i have mostly scars no actual pimples, so im using a lemon for my scars twice a day (heard that it fades away scars) and use my proactive refining mask and put that benzoyl peroxide gel that i got from my doctor every day, so how long till all my acne goes away please help! and what do i do to make it go faster!

Posted by: flowerchild on 2010-04-29, 18:57:31 Hi there. i dont think you should continue using the lemon juice to fade scars. i would recommend going to your dermatologist and getting a procedure called microdermabrasion which is a procedure in which little diamond pieces exfoliate the top layer of your skin. this lightens scars significantly and makes skin glow. you can google it. if this is too expensive then u should go to the grocery store or pharmacy or something and buy vitamin E and A oils and rub them on your face together at night. if you continue to do this for a couple months to a year i guarantee your scars will fade. good luck with everything :D
